How do I get started with Java Joes Fundraising?

Just click on the “Start Today” button! Fill in the confirmation form and send in your art for your coffee bag label.  You can start fundraising immediately using our downloadable brochures or online program, or, if you prefer, we will mail you our color brochures.

Can I sell both Coffee/ specialty beverages and Sweet Treats (baking mixes / fudge) programs?

Answer

Yes. We recommend that for increased profits.  Both product lines are on one order form and online fundraisers must sell all products.

If you choose to sell just the Coffee/ specialty beverages we have those order forms.

Do you offer an Online / Virtual Fundraiser?

Answer

Yes! You can sign up for an online fundraiser  to create a personalized url for your supporters to share with their  family and friends across the United States and the products are shipped directly to their homes.

Do you provide a personalized label for your coffee bags?

Answer

Yes, simply send your logo to our art department (artdept@javajoefundraising.com) and they will create a customized logo to display on your coffee bags at no charge! Just be sure to include the name of your group in the subject line when emailing.   Don’t have a logo? No problem! We can create one for you! Just let our art department know what you are looking for (colors, theme, etc.) and they will be happy to create a logo for your review.

What type of profits will I receive?

Your group keeps 40% of the profits on all products you sell!

Are your cookie products frozen?

Answer

No!  We only offer non-frozen baking mixes (including our Gluten Free)  for hassle free delivery and a one-year shelf life for your buyer!

How long should I run my fundraiser?

We recommend you run your fundraiser for 2-3 weeks.

How do I place my orders?

Answer

We have a simple online order system.  Simply go to our website www.javajoesfundraising.com and look for the Online Orders tab.  Once you place your order, you will receive an invoice immediately.  If you don’t receive an invoice, please call us at 1-877-341-2332, ext.1.

Do I have to place a minimum amount to order?

Answer

No, there are never any minimum order requirements! However, we stand behind our quality products and believe your sellers will not have a problem selling MORE than they anticipated!

Is there a shipping charge for my order?

Answer

Shipping is free for all orders of 100 items or more.  Other bulk orders will be subject to a shipping and handling fee of 10% of the invoice amount and for online orders shipping is charged based on the items ordered.

How do I pay my invoice?

Answer

Public schools K-12 must submit payment within 7 days after receiving your order.  Private schools and all other organizations are required to submit payment upon receipt of invoice, prior to items being released.  You can either mail us a check or pay by credit card (3% processing fee).

Do you offer a pre-sort option?

Answer

Yes, if you sell 250 items or more, you are eligible for our pre-sort option. Our pre-sort option separates orders by seller for easy distribution. Please submit your tally sheet online to avoid a delay in the processing of your order.

How long does it take to receive my items once my order is placed?

Answer

If your order is shipping to a public school, we will process your order immediately and it will ship within 1-3 weeks.

If your order is not shipping to a public school, payment is required prior to processing your order.  Your order will ship 1-3 weeks after payment is received.

Do you offer any incentives for our sellers?

Answer

Yes!  We have 4 prize levels. With a minimum of 10 items sold, your seller can choose from 2 prize options. Check out our Prizes page for details.

Do you offer residual sales?

Answer

Yes!  Your virtual fundraising website will be open for 90 days.  So when you 2-3 week fundraising push has ended, your supporters can come back and purchase more of what they loved or try new products.  You will receive your full profit.
